Organization settings is the admin control panel for your PANTA OS workspace. Branding, identity, defaults, and the things that affect everyone.

Branding

Logo

Light and dark variants, SVG preferred.

Accent color

Used across buttons, links, and highlights.

Organization name

Shown in the header, emails, and metadata.

Subdomain

The URL your team accesses the workspace at.

Defaults

Used when no model is pinned. Set this to a sensible balance of capability and cost.
The interface language for new users. Each user can override.
Most workspaces start with “Private” so builders publish deliberately.
Used for digests and scheduled actions.

Identity & access

Identity provider

Connect your IdP (Microsoft Entra, Okta, etc.) for SSO.

Allowed domains

Restrict invitations to specific email domains.

Session policy

Inactivity timeouts and re-auth requirements.

Audit retention

How long audit logs are retained — often dictated by compliance.

Feature toggles

Some PANTA OS capabilities are opt-in per workspace:

Community Feed

Enable or disable the social layer.

Virtual Avatars

Real-time avatar conversations.

Auto Mode

Automatic model and tool routing.

External integrations

Outlook, Notion, and other tool connectors.
Don’t enable everything on day one. Roll features on as your team is ready — adoption sticks better when each new capability gets attention.
