PANTA OS gives every user the same set of tools to keep their workspace navigable: Tags, History, Favorites, Library, and Projects.

Tags

What they do

Label assistants and workflows for filtering and search in the Library.

Who sets them

The builder when creating an assistant; admins can normalize.

How to use them

Filter the Library by audience, use case, or status to find what fits.

Tip

3–5 tags per item is the sweet spot. Same vocabulary across the workspace.

History

Every chat you have is saved. History lets you:

Resume

Pick up an old chat exactly where you left off.

Search

Find that great answer from three weeks ago via ⌘K.

Pin

Pin chats you’ll keep returning to.

Delete

Remove what you don’t need. History is yours.

Favorites

Favorites are personal pins on assistants and workflows.

Click the star

On any Library card.

See them first

Favorites appear at the top on every visit.

Synced

Cross-device, automatic.

Private

Only you see what you’ve favorited.

Library

The Library is the catalog — all assistants and workflows your team has built or featured. Search, filter by tag, sort by popularity. See Conversational Workflows and Assistants for what lives in it.

Projects

A Project groups chats, workflow runs, files, and outputs around an ongoing piece of work.

Use them for

Multi-week initiatives — a launch, a deal, an investigation.

Why they help

Context stays together. The AI sees prior work in the project when you continue.

Share with teammates

Add collaborators to a project; they see the same context.

Archive when done

Done projects move out of view but stay searchable.
The simplest discipline that pays back: start a project for any work that lasts more than a day. You’ll thank yourself in week three.
