Signing in
Open your workspace
Visit your organization’s URL — usually
your-org.pantaos.com. You’ll see your branding before you sign in.Sign in with your work account
Single sign-on with your existing identity provider. No new password, no separate account.
Don’t see a sign-in button? Your workspace admin hasn’t invited you yet — ping them with the email address they should add.
Your first five minutes
Send one chat message
Click New Chat and ask anything. Get a feel for the response speed and how it cites your knowledge.
Browse the Library
See what assistants and workflows your team has already built. Don’t reinvent — favorite the ones that are useful.
Try one featured assistant
Featured items are the ones admins recommend most. Use one for an actual task you’d otherwise have done by hand.
Star your essentials
Click the star on anything you’ll use again. Your favorites bubble to the top of the Library on every visit.

Favorites are personal. The more you star, the faster you find what matters.
Share wins to Community
See a great answer? Post it. Adoption spreads through visible results.
